Reservations:

• Summer Rates:  Summer rates start Memorial Day weekend and end Labor Day weekend. We take week reservations during the weeks of June 7- August 9, 2025.
• Spring Rates: Before Memorial Day weekend.
• Fall Rates: After Labor day weekend.

Cottages are not limited to a weekly rental during the Spring and Fall season.

Deposits: We request a 3-day minimum deposit for weekly reservation. Cash or checks only. We do not accept credit cards.

Cleaning Fee: $50 per cottage rented.

Check-In: Check-in time after 3:00 P.M.

 Check-Out:  Before 10:00 A.M. Please leave the key in the cottage.

Refund & Reservation Policy: No Deposit returned on any cancellation unless filled in full. There is a $50 service fee for any cancellation. Our reservation policy is intended to be fair with our guest and yet prevent the loss of income to our business. Once we reserve an accommodation for a guest, we remove it from our available inventory, refusing all other requests for it.

Extra Guests: Cottages are rated for the number of people listed. Each additional person $25.00. We charge for all children. We will charge $5.00 per person each day you have a guest visit you.

•  We DO NOT allow fireworks on the resort grounds at any time.
