Bentonville, Arkansas (1 hour 45 minutes) 

Crystal Bridges Museum is a world-class collection of American art. Stunning architecture. Nestled in an 120-acre Ozark woods with miles of trails. Crystal Bridges has something for everyone, for visitors just like you. Crystal Bridges takes its name from a nearby natural spring and the bridge construction incorporated in the building, designed by world-renowned architect Moshe Safdie. A series of pavilions nestled around two spring-fed ponds house galleries, meeting and classroom spaces, and a large, glass-enclosed gathering hall. Guest amenities include a restaurant on a glass-enclosed bridge overlooking the ponds, a Museum Store designed by architect Marlon Blackwell, and a library featuring more than 50,000 volumes of art reference material. Sculpture and walking trails link the Museum’s 120-acre park to downtown Bentonville, Arkansas.

Bentonville is also the headquarters of Walmart.  We suggest making a stop to the square, where you’ll find an interactive Walmart Museum, housed in it’s first store location.  Along with small shops you’ll find unique and delicious restaurants around the town’s square.

Eureka Springs,  Arkansas (1 hour)

Nestled in the Ozark Mountains of Northwest Arkansas surrounded by rivers and lakes, Eureka Springs became known early on for its healing waters, Victorian architecture and historical significance and as a haven for artists.  Eureka Springs has been consistently honored as one of the Top 25 Arts Destinations.   A city of diversity that boast parades, festivals, music, attractions, dining, outdoor adventures and much more.

Springfield, Missouri (1 hour)

Springfield is our big city neighbor to the north.  Arena concerts, Broadway musicals, festivals and sporting events happen year round in Springfield.  Springfield is also home to Bass Pro Shops headquarters. In addition to Johnny Morris’ Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World the country #1 New Attraction is found here.  Wonders of Wildlife National Museum and Aquarium make an exciting day trip. Wonders of Wildlife is over 1.5 miles of immersive galleries that take you into the natural habitats of the animal kingdom. Get up close and personal with big game and other mammals in the Wildlife Galleries, and dive into the ocean world in the Aquarium Adventure.
